Matt Porter - Club Treasurer, Training Ride organiser, 2007 Winner of 'Limp Bollard Award' for falling off bike with good style! Also novice amateur triathlete, just about to do my second Sprint Tri on the 5th April 2005- Humber Sprint Tri.
Calwyn Hunt - Responsible for design and website type things and one of the founding members of the team. I'm not doing any competative riding, just riding to work a few days a week to get some miles in.. . . Although I'm thinking of borrowing Matt's 'Time Machine' and joining in the April 2005 event :¬]
Post from Geoff Chappell (Scunthorpe Treaderz Club Secratary) Sunday 5th April;
Afternoon everyone, just got back from a tough 70 mile ride round the Wolds. In serious need of the sudacreme. under the rules outlined in the constitution I am required to call an AGM before the end of May, looking at the 25th May. Will that be OK?
Being the best looking out of us ugly bunch is nothing to shout about. For all those who use the site I have called a meeting for the 25th May. this is the AGM and the final meeting before the actual ride (please see your e-mail for details) Who,s coming to the time trials on wednesday?
I'll be there on Wednesday, if I get a bit faster on the bike I might stand a chance of keeping up with you Jeff!
For those who aren't aware of the time trial details, they are every other Wednesday on the opposite week to the Duathlons, cut and paste the link below for full details;
I think I made a little time up on the run but the time trials are pure riding. I have taken your advise and treated myself to some tri shoes. got them from wiggle through the treaderz site so claimed my discount.
Hi, we now are a rider down, anyone now of a replacement. Matt, I am doing a deal with the hotel at Blackpool to include food but I could do with you to look at the menu to see if anything suits. Do you want to leave your car here on Sunday rather than in the layby.
good day matt its claire i should be okay to come on the ride tomorrow. i can write a comment anonymously but i don't no how to set up a google account so people know who i am. Help! jeff said you would no (i guess he is calling you a geek) thanks claire x

Hi, just to let everyone know, i ordered some goods from Wiggle about two weeks ago and they have just told me it will be at least two weeks until they come, the stock level showed in stock when I ordered.
Pete Chappill I have been responsible for planning the routes, and we have managed to get there? and back. It's only 8 miles and usually has an undulation or two, is how I describe Ben Nevis. Hope all the new members enjoy this years challange.
